Cynthia Ackley Obituary
of Endwell
Cynthia Ackley, 73, of Endwell, went to be with the Lord Wednesday morning, September 17, 2008, at Wilson Memorial Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Ackley. She is survived by her daughter, Marily Skies, Walden, N.Y.; her son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Kaye Skies, Bellefonte, Pa.; two grandchildren, Kari Mead and her husband, Frank, Joshua Norman and his wife, Christy; three great-grandchildren, Collin, Franklin and Madelyn; and her special friend, Molly. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Endicott, and a retired Licensed Practical Nurse for Wilson Memorial Hospital.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday (today) at 5:00 p.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 306 Odell Ave., Endicott. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at St. Anthony of Padua Church today from 4:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Mrs. Ackley may be made to St. Anthony's Food Pantry, 306 Odell Ave., Endicott, N.Y. 13760. Arrangements are by the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc., 1905 Watson Blvd., Endicott, N.Y. 13760.
