Vicki, Michael, Steve;
SO sorry to hear of Alex's passing,
he is in a better place and rejoicing in
Jesus' loving arms with other family who had gone before.
I can remember when your Dad met your Mom, your Mom was working for my father, Clyde, taking care of my sister (Virginia) and myself. When Alex came to spend some time with Ruth, us girls had to
go to bed early, to our dismay!
I also remember the good times
at the Triangle Store, picking up the paper after church, picking up a few
groceries. Your parents never had a
cross word for anyone.
Alex also worked with my Fred
very hard at the fire stations and
Fred always remarked how great
it was to work with Alex!
"I lift my eyes up to the hills, where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord..."
Ps. 121:1-2
God Bless each and everyone of the
Macinsky family.

Dear Vicki, Mike & Steve,
You and your families are in my prayers at this time of loss. May you take strength in knowing that your father was loved and respected by all who knew him.
When I was a child, I always looked forward to visits with your family. I also hoped that there might be a pee wee grape sodapop just waiting for me in that cooler in the store! Your house was always bustling with activity and other neighbors, friends, or family often appeared while we were there. I can still close my eyes and smell those delicious aromas that I associate with the Macinsky kitchen and those backyard barbeques. Yum!
I am fortunate that Uncle Alex and Aunt Ruth were part of my extended family. They will both forever be in my heart.

Dear Steve, Michael and Vicki, We are thinking of you and your families at this time of the loss of your father. The first wedding I attended as a young child was that of your parent's. Though they were busy with many guests, both of them spoke with me. I remember Uncle Alex saying now we were one family. Through the years we came to Triangle many times and always stopped in to see your family. As children the treat was a peewee grape or orange soda. Memories include eating delicious stuffed cabbage and other dishes after the store closed. Many warm familly times have been shared over the years. We will miss your Dad. He was always welcoming to us, a hard worker and so proud of his family.

To Steve, Mike and Vicki,
Growing up in Triangle wouldn't have been the same without almost daily visits to the Triangle General Store in the summertime for candy and an Adirondack soda. I will always treasure memories of Alex and his quick wit! He always had an extra coin if I went over my limit! Your entire family will remain in my fond memories!

Although I won't be able to attend the service due to work, please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
From the 3Ross staff, we extend our deepest condolences to all of you. It was a privilege to have met your Dad and to have him entrusted in our care. During the short time that he spent with us, it became clear what a wonderful and special man he was and he will be missed.
It was a pleasure to meet all of you and to learn that we have friends in common. It IS a small world, after all.
May your memories and strength that your parents gave you bring you peace.
Fondly,

I have such great memories of your mom and your dad. I wish I could be there Saturday to help remember them both. In many ways they were like my mom and dad in my growing up years in Triangle. I could stop in any time night or day and Alex would have a pot of something brewing on the stove which everyone was welcome to help themselves to. I never could duplicate Alex "antipasta" salad or his corn beef and onion sandwiches. There won't be another Alex anytime soon. God Bless you all and thanks for sharing your wonderful family with all of us. Bill Wison

Steve, Mike and Vickie,
We both extend our deepest sympathies to you all while learning about the passing of your father. Growing up with all of you in Triangle, there are too many memories to mention regarding Alex and the Triangle General Store. Those memories remain in our hearts and are today, surfacing again as we fondly reflect on those times. We are traveling out of state this week-end and unfortunately won't be able to attend Alex's memorial. However, please know our thoughts, prayers and love go out to you all and your families. May God's blessing be with you all.
