Vivian Haskins Obituary
of Johnson City
Vivian L. Haskins, 103, of Johnson City, died on Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at the Susquehanna Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lois and Richard Kimble, Johnson City; also several nieces and nephews. She was a retired teacher from Johnson City Schools, a volunteer at Wilson Hospital and a member of the Westover United Methodist Church.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Barber Memorial Home Inc., 428 Main Street, Johnson City. Her pastor, the Rev. Eric Jensen, will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4-7 p.m. at the Barber Memorial Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 59 Court Street, Binghamton, N.Y. 13901.
