It is hard to start here. Corey was one of my first friends ever, and continued to be by my side through high school until you all moved. I missed her then, and I miss her more now. I'd like to tell her how much she meant to me, and how proud I was of her. She was my friend, my side-kick,my teammate, my therapist, everything. I will remember her with nothing but great memories and happiness.

How sad I am to read of Corey's death. And how I ache for all of you, her family. My memories of her as a little girl at Story Hours at the Vestal Public Library are good ones . . . what a delightful child she was. And we enjoyed watching her on the soccer field in her teenaged years. Our past connections with our son David as a h.s. classmate of Diane's, Colgate U., Methodist churches in Endicott and Vestal, and seeing your family "around town" are reminders of the "ties that bind". I wanted you to know that thoughts and prayers are with you from FL, with hopes that your happy memories of Corey will soon overcome your grief.

Dear Diane and Chap, Dan and Erin- I am deeply saddened by the death of your dear Corey. Remembering the days of you, Diane, working with all of us in Medical Records at Wilson, while Corey and Daniel were little and then you having Erin. Chap playing and coaching soccer, and my son Jay playing on a recreational team with him. Memories of the kids calling the office and us moms trying to raise the kids from work. You both raised wonderful children and the loss of one of them is more than a parent should have to endure. I do not even have the words to tell you how sad I feel, but please know that all of us here at Med. Rec. and us Vestal residents send our thoughts and prayers to all of you. Corey was a beautiful and gifted daughter and sister. Take care, Carol Demtrak-Moore, Vestal NY

May there come a day when your tears of sorrow softly flow into tears of remembrance and your hearts will begin to heal and your grieving will be interrupted by episodes of joy and you will hear the whisper of hope. May there come a day when you will welcome the tears of remembrance as a sunshower of the soul, a turning of the tide, a promise of peace. There will come a day when you will risk loving, go on believing and treasure the tears of remembering. Please know you are in our hearts and prayers.
