Douglas App Obituary
of Castle Creek
Douglas J. App, 51, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2008, at home with his loving family at his side after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis for over 28 years. He was predeceased by his father, John App. He is survived by his two daughters, Jessica and Rebecca; four grandchildren; mother, Muriel App; brothers, Gary and Lynn App, John C. App, Christopher App; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 31, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, N.Y. A service will follow. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in Glen Castle Cemetery.
