Maria,
The day has come to say goodbye. I am still in shock you are gone as are the many families you have touched over the years through the PAL Center and the many Grandparent groups. You always had kind words and an open heart. You will be greatly missed!

Peter and Vince,
I know it has been a long time since I have stood in your kitchen playing table pool with Maria or even talking over my grandmothers fence to yell to you guys while we were in the pool. But each memory will stay in my heart and mind forever. Maria was like a 2nd grandmother to me as probably to so many people. She was an amazing woman and my family and I will miss her dearly! Love you both and your family is in my prayers.

Peter & family:
We had the very fortunate opportunity of meeting Maria several years ago at a grandparents meeting. She was an angel on earth to us and to our grandchild at a time when we so deseparately needed one. Many families benefited from her knowledge, her caring and her love as a grandparent and an educator in that field. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. (Maria may you rest in peace dear friend for you certainly earned your wings!) Your family is in our thoughts and prayers--God Bless!
