The mark that one leaves on this earth is measured in the depth of friendship one leaves behind. Joyce's love of her family and friends is her hallmark, and the love shown to her is a reflection of the quality of her life.
I was privileged to work with Joyce from 1979 until she retired in 1995. Her honesty, integrity and devotion to her work were qualities that any employer would deeply appreciate. But what was most impressive was the way people cared about her.
My life is fuller for having known Joyce. Cheryl and I wish to extend our heartfelt condolences to all her beloved family members...she often spoke so glowingly of you all. May God hold her in the palm of His hand for all eternity!

Good Bye Joycie, I have searched for you for over two years. I called Bob Bonnys Office at State Farm and Betty Weigelt but they could not give me much information as to where to find you. Betty did not know Tara's last name so I could not find where they took you. I miss the times you spent with Larry and I at our cottage in Star Lake, New York all the Christmas' and New Years we spent together. I still have all the special coffee cups you gave me and think of you every time I drink from them. We were dear friends for 20 years until you were moved from Phoenix and I moved to Albany. I remember all the stories about Bruce, your sister Lois, Angel, John, Barbie in Fla, and John's little girl who you just adored. Remember our trips to the adirondacks and the basket shop where we exchanged all the special hand made baskets. We spent so much time together from 1985 until 2003? and then I lost you. You were not able to find me and I not able to find you. I kept in touch with the Syracuse Newspapers and imagine my surprise when I read your name. Good bye Joycie I know you are with Our Heavenly Father and I will see you soon. Love Lana

So sorry to hear about Joyce, we go way back to the trailer park in Windsor. We had alot of tears, and laughs together. She will be missed by everyone that knew her. My thoughts are with you all.
