Margaret Roberts Obituary
of Johnson City
Margaret Roberts, 94, of Johnson City, died on Tuesday, October 23, 2007. She was predeceased by her husband, Sidney O. Roberts; her son, Teddy Roberts; her grandson, Monti Lee Roberts; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and David Davis; sister, Verna Swartz; and her cousins, Betty Harper and Phala Harper. She is survived by her son, Bernard and Marilyn Roberts, Jacksonville, FL; two daughters, Sharon Roberts, Johnson City, and Lynne and Edward Dzupinka, Endicott; six grandchildren, Rick and Cathy Roberts, Liberty Township, Ohio, Charles and Dianne Roberts, Tricia and Douglas Lynn, Christopher Roberts, all of Jacksonville, FL, Sharon and Brian Smith, Endwell, and Jennifer and Paul Martin, Hampton, N.H.; five great-grandchildren, Dawn Roberts, Bryce and Karli Lynn, and Ben and Sam Smith; nephews, Dr. D. Karl Davis and Eugene Canava, New York City; cousins, Rick and Leslie Jenks, Rachael and Jason Smith, Haley Smith, Jordan Jenks, and Josh and Faith Jenks; several nieces, nephews, cousins and faithful friends.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 27th, at Barber Memorial Home, 428 Main St., Johnson City. Burial will follow at Milwaukee Cemetery, Milwaukee, Pa. Donations may be made to Speak Animal Hospital, 351 Flint Rd., Binghamton, N.Y., in memory of Margaret's beloved dog, Beau.
