My deepest sympathy to Betty's family. Betty was one of my first
manager's at IBM Owego in 1974.She not only showed great kindness in the office, but also helped me personally during a very difficult family accident. I will never forget her gentle manner.

Dear Ray and Family... We remember Betty with much fondness. Her willing cheery work with Susquenans and many many years with Susquenango Power Squadron set a great example of service to our boating friends and their families. Do stay in touch with us and if ever in the Tampa area you are most welcome to come and stay awhile. Grace and Frank Penny

Ray and Betty are very special to all of those at the old Troys Marina. They reigned for many years as the Mayor and First Lady. Betty's wit, compassion and genuine interest in others made her a dear friend. Ray stayed by her side and will always remain a friend to us. Our love goes to Ray and their family
