Arden Murphy Obituary
of New Milford, Pa.
Arden C. Murphy, 60, of New Milford, Pa., passed away unexpectedly Monday, November 26, 2007. He is survived by his loving wife, Judy Swavola Murphy. Also surviving are four children and their spouses, Michelle and Eric Lusk, Palmdale, Calif., Kristen and Michael Hinkley, Hallstead, Pa., Robert and Jenn Murphy, Montrose, Pa., and Trishalaine and Greg Piechocki, New Milford, Pa.; six grandchildren, Cadence and Braddoc Lusk, Gracey Hinkley, Callan Murphy, and Emma and Gage Piechocki; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his faithful companion, a chocolate lab, Toby. He was predeceased by a son. Arden was a skilled carpenter and was a member of the Carpenter's Union Local #281. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in New Milford, a member of the American Legion Post #357, and an associate member of the V.F.W. #6223. Arden was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, archery, and fishing.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 30, 2007, at the United Methodist Church in New Milford, Pa. Friends may call at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Hallstead, Pa., Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
