Kathy, Tommy, Peggy & Billy, I was so sorry to hear about Aunt Chub. I have many Fond Memories over the years of her taking care of us. weekends that I would spend on Reynolds Road, the time I had to extend my stay because I came down with the mumps and she nursed me back to health. It seems she was always taking care of someone during her lifetime.Everytime we spent time with her she used to cut my and my sisters bangs. Our Mom used to get so mad although I don't think she ever mentioned it to her. I remember we used to make candles out of milk cartons and I loved her spagetti & meatballs! Well now all the sisters are together along with their brothers, so the Storton's are probably raising cane in Heaven! Aunt Chub will truly be missed but Thank Goodness for all our Happy Memories! You all take care and it will get easier as the time passes. One last thing Aunt Chub always remenbers me crying about something and everytime my sister Chrissy talked to her she asked if I was still crying and I am some things never change!

My Dad(Mary's husband) told me of the passing of Aunt Chub. Please except my sympathy for your loss.Like my daughter Jennifer I was told many stories about Chub and her other sister and brothers. I'm sure they are all in heaven and are now running things. I can remember visiting Binghamton many times and Aunt Chub always made me feel welcome.

My deepest condolences to all of you. Some of my fondest memories of my grandmother (Mary, Chub's sister) were of the stories she used to tell me about growing up with her brothers and sisters. She loved all of you so much and, although I never got to meet Aunt Chub, I feel as if I knew her just from the stories. I know they are all in Heaven right now, giggling and telling stories!
Love,
Jen (Mary's second granddaughter!)

Dear Cousins (Kathleen, Peggy, Tom & Billy),
I just heard from my dad that "Aunt Chub" had passed away so I got on-line right away. My deepest condolences go with you. I'm glad I was able to visit with her when I was out there in 1998. My mom and her were very close and I used to love listening to her stories about Chub and her family when they were growing up. I hadn't seen Chub since I was in Jr. High when we were out there visiting with my family. When I saw her in 1998 it all came back! That wit and sense of humor just made me laugh.
Best Regards,
Bob (or Robert Dennis or Dee however one would refer to me as!)

Dear Kathy, Peggy, Tom and Billy,
My sister, Ginny, informed me of the passing of your mom last week. I love to remember how your mom, my Aunt Helen, always kept an empty Crowley's milk bottle on hand when we visited (as children) because I would only drink Crowley's. Little did I know I drank whatever you guys had. Remember Christmas Eve at Grandma's? What wonderful memories I have of the family gatherings. Your mom was a very special person who we were so fond of. Please accept our condolences at this difficult time.. Love, Bud and Sharon (Armstrong) Dunn

Dear Kate, Peggy, Bill, and Tom,
I'm so sorry for the loss of your mother. I'm glad that I had the chance to meet her last year. She seemed like a feisty lady even at the nursing home, and she was quite entertaining with her stories of all of you.
My deepest sympathy,
Grandma "Chub" in her favorite chair.

She was "Aunt Chub" to me and a very dear Aunt she was. She rarely left Sturdevant street but those who visited her there knew what everyone else was missing by not knowing her. You never knew what she was going to say. She had a fabulous sense of humor. Loved her family and let me know that everytime I visited. Always kept me up to date on what everyone was doing in their lives. She loved to reminise about the days when she was growing up with her siblings and with me she had a captive audience. Her and my Mom were best friends and when my Mom was gone she was a great comfort to me. Fate was cruel taking her mind in the last few years, but her spirit will remain forever. I will miss her, her sense of humor and the macaroni and tomato soup she would rush out to the kitchen to make for me. She will be sorely missed in this world.
Much Love,
Cousin Chris
