Margaret Bartleson Obituary
of Endicott
Margaret (Peg) Bartleson, 67, of Endicott, went to be with the Lord Friday afternoon, November 30, 2007, at her home. She was predeceased by her parents, Delmar and Mary Nichols; her daughter, Lori Hendrick; and a brother, Gerald Nichols. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Charles Bartleson, Endicott; son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Lorraine Bartleson, Endicott; her grandchildren, Morgan, Amanda, and Carlie; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Rita and E. Brandon Hill, Endicott, Helen Williams, Newfield, N.Y., and Mary and Erwin Williams, Smithville Flats. She is also survived by two aunts and several nieces and nephews. For many years, Peg was involved with handcrafts, being employed at Calico Crafts and A.C. Moore, and more recently in her own shop, The Blue Shutter Crafts. The family would like to offer a special thank you to Lourdes Hospital for their care of Peg.
Funeral and interment services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. from the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., 300 E. Main St., Endicott. Her son, Pastor Todd Bartleson of the Endicott Community Church of the Nazarene, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Our Lady of Lourdes Oncology Dept., 169 Riverside Dr., Binghamton, N.Y. 13905.

I am so sorry to hear of Peg's passing. I was her neighbor and she used to babysit me in the 60's when I was friends with her kids. I spent alot of time at the Bartleson's house and loved being there. I can remember every year watching The Wizard of Oz and Cinderalla with Lori and Todd. Please know that I am thinking of you at this time and may the memories you have of your wife and mother bring you much comfort. Sincerely...
