Dad,

It has only been a day since you left us and my heart aches, yet it rejoices to know that you are with God, at peace free from pain and suffering.

You were, you are and always will be "My Hero". You gave me the strength and courage to face lifes challenges. You always believed in me even when at times it wasn't easy. You supported me in my decisions even when we didn't see eye to eye. You were always by my side every step of the way.

Our bond as father and daughter will never be broken even in death. We will walk side by side, hand in hand until we meet again.

You will live on in my heart now and forever. Always "Daddy's Little Girl"

Love Always,
Michele

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
