Paula Creswick Obituary

CRESWICK, PAULA E. (CLEMENTS), 60, of Crystal Drive, Warwick, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Raymond P. and Virginia R. (Leonard) Clements, she lived in Warwick for most of her life.

Mrs. Creswick was employed by Cowesett Home Care since December 2007, and Bay View/Statewide Health Services from 1994 to 2007. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 1994. Mrs. Creswick was recognized by the Governor of Rhode Island on multiple occasions during the Home and Community Care Worker of the Year Awards.

She was the beloved mother of Alison D. Creswick and Bethany K. Creswick of Warwick; and the sister of the late Rachel Clements.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 7, at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Episcopal Church, Warwick Neck Avenue, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements by Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, Warwick.
