There are no words that can ease the pain felt when the patriarch of the family passes away. Zachary's words expressed Mr. Zammarelli's life better than any I could put together, and hopefully those, along with all of your own personal memories, will carry you thru this trying time.
Please know that our family's thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time of loss.

Dear Nick,

Judi and I are so sorry. Our thoughts are with your entire family. I learned a lifetime of lessons about fatherhood and family (and maybe more than I wanted to know about the Yankees) from your Dad during his morning visits. He has left a legacy that we should all aspire to and that you should be very proud of.

All my love,

Judy Pezza

To the Zamarelli family:

Words cannot express how my mom and I feel about Nick's passing. You know how long we've known Nick - I alone remember him since I was 2 years old - and he was a wonderful, fun-loving person.

Please take solace in knowing that the entire Zammarelli Family is in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time and that Nick was as if he was a part of our family. He will be truly missed and I know that when I think of my first experiences with a grocery store I will always think of Nick and the Admiral Food Market.

Love to you all.......

We at the phototherapy department will sadly miss our friend Nick. We all admired Nick and enjoyed all of his stories especially his animal tales. As for his love of the yankees, that is another story.
