Philip Boscalia Obituary

BOSCALIA, PHILIP A., SR., 99, passed away July 14th at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.

Born in Millburn, NJ, he was the son of the late Gaetano and Rose (Amora) Boscalia and the husband of the late Anna (Scialdone) Boscalia. Mr. Boscalia was a warehouse worker for Valley Wholesale until retiring in 1958.

He leaves a son, Philip A. Boscalia, Jr., as well as two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Rocco Boscalia, Louis Boscalia, Angelina Jackman, Carmella Paola and Philomena 'Fanny' Kawan.

Visitation will be held Friday, 9-10:30 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Interment will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

To the family of Phillip Boscalia,
I am so sorry to hear that Phillip passed away. I was one of the CNA's that took care of him when he was a paitient at Golden Crest. I really liked him he was a sweetheart. My condolences go out to all of his family and friends.
