Jo-Ann Dinsmore Obituary
Jo-Ann spent her life as a devoted mom, a selfless caretaker to her late mother and a volunteer animal advocate.
She was the mother of Dawn Sepulveda and her husband Edgar; sister of Elaine Albano and Carol Ann Merolla; aunt to several nieces and nephews and friend to many.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9:00 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Bartholomew's Church, Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence. Burial to follow in St. Ann Cemetery. VISITATION FRIDAY 6-8 PM.

Dear Dawn,
Your mom was the best! I will always remember her laughter and how she always made me smile. I know we go back to when you , Melissa and Suzanne were small. They were the best of times! I wished I had gotton to know Wes the man who finally captured her heart! I know he had to be the real deal if he could do that! I will keep you and your family in my prayers. if you need anything please call!

Joe-Joe, Even though we've spend only a short time in Orchard View, with my mom... We miss you very much. I can still hear the sound of your laugh when my mom would say something funny. We had so much fun. You were such a giving, kind, generous, and totally selfless person, and I was never so moved in my life when you wouldn't move to an air conditioned room without my mom. I always hated leaving there every day, but I knew you and mom were having a great time and with all of your family around she wouldn't feel so loney. My sincere sympthy goes out to Dawn and her husband and family, Carol and her husband, Wess, and all the friends and family I had the priviledge to meet in these past few months.

to my best friend of 46 yrs i stood strong when we were young and as we grew into our teens u became my older sister we shared so many secrets and went through our trials and tribulations as well;i cant express how or what im feeling inside;as we grew to be this age we all became the golden girls and u were sofia by all means lol;;even though we werent together at times we talk about life and our future everyday on the phone and laughed about the teen age days when we got in trouble with both mothers;;ill never forget our favorite songs and our sassyness with others;;our secrets are all in my book of our lifes together and now that god has choosen you to be his angel u owe me big time we talked about about that yrs ago ;;i stood bye and watched u suffer and knowing how much i loved you my dear sister and friend i will never ever forget you and all you stood for;dont worry about dawn ill be there for her 100% as promised and i love her as much as my daughters;i promised you to keep courtney and dawn as we were when we were there age;i feel so empty my best friend without you;but as we always said everyday before we hung up the phone friends till the end and forever;i love you and you will be remember my chickey sister and please god keep my dad ;lena ralph;;and my uncle libby together;;very sadely missed;;r;i;p love maria xoxoxoxoxo

Dawn,
when i met your mom i knew right from the start what a beautiful person she was. you are a reflection of her. she used to crack me up calling everyone so early in the morning. I can not tell you enough how much she was loved by her friends, myself included.
my heart goes out to you and your family, always know how much we love you and how deeply sorry I am for the loss of your mother. she will always be in my heart.
