John Wilkins Obituary
Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of the late John E., Sr. and Mary M. (Langton) Wilkins.
Mr. Wilkins was an Ironworker for Local 37 in Providence before retiring. He was a member of the Wickford Club.
Besides his wife he leaves a son, John E. Wilkins, III of Westerly; three daughters, Kimberly A. Roscoe of Summerfield, FL, Lori J. Hinkson of North Kingstown and Sherri J. Vieira of Saunderstown; two sisters, Regina Chamberlain of Exeter and Joan Reeves of West Greenwich; beloved grandfather of eight grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 10am in St. Bernard Church, 415 Tower Hill Road, North Kingstown. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. Visiting hours Friday 6-8pm in the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Labre Indian School, Ashland, MT 59004-1001 will be appreciated. For information and guestbook visit: www.FaganQuinnFuneralHome.com.
