H. Waldman Obituary
He was manager for Stewart Distributing Co. Leonard was a WWII Army veteran, serving in the European Theatre, Third Army, Fourth Armored Division. He was a member of Touro Fraternal Association, the Jewish War Veterans, Providence Hebrew Free Loan and was President of the RI Jewish Bowling Congress. He was a graduate of Providence College.
Devoted father of Richard Waldman and his wife Meryl of Natick, MA and Susan Fixman and her husband Michael of Stoneham, MA. Dear brother of the late Morris, Joseph and Maxwell Waldman, Esther Resnick, Etta Wunsch and Rosalie Reicher. Loving grandfather of Tracy, Lori, Randy and Scott.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. in SHALOM MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1100 New London Ave., Cranston. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Temple Beth David, P.O. Box 3299, Narragansett, RI 02882. Shiva will be observed on Douglas Dr., Sun. 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
