Beloved husband of Shelly A. (King) Armstrong. Father of Zachary A. and Madison M. Armstrong of Mendon, MA. Son of Carol I. (Armitage) Armstrong of Franklin, MA and the late Richard F. Armstrong Sr. Brother of Richard F. Armstrong Jr. of Mendon, MA, Dianne L. Soulnier of PA, Kim L. Jordan of Franklin. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Monday at 8:15 A.M. from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage St., FRANKLIN, MA www.franklinfuneral.com with a Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Franklin at 9 A.M. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Franklin.
