Alberto Coelho Obituary
Born in 1930 in Central Falls, he was the son of the late Justino and Mariana (Fonseca) Coelho.
He was the loving husband of Abenilde (Martins) Coelho for 53 years. She was his best friend and loving companion. For 47 years, Al worked in the construction industry. He retired as an assistant superintendent with Forte Brothers Construction in 1994. He was a member of the Madeira Club. In his retirement, Al enjoyed many hobbies including gardening, woodworking, and cooking. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Al was blessed with a positive attitude and joy in his heart. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his daughter Mariana Coelho of Southbury, CT, daughter Joanne Allen and son-in-law Jeffrey of Bolton, CT, as well as his beloved grandchildren, Parker and Chloe Allen.
A memorial service will be celebrated on Saturday, August 2 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Star of the Sea Church in Narragansett. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in Al's memory to the South County Hospital in Wakefield.

Alberto Coelho was a very special person in our lives not only he was our godfather but he was also a leader, someone you would look up to and respect.
Alberto was a fun person always there for you and always had something good to say about others especially his family.
We will miss you very much rest in piece and may God always be with you.
