I had the great blessing of getting to know Bob over the last 3 years or so as together we trudged the road of Happy Destiny.
Bob was a caring, loving soul who lived life, regardless of the struggles or circumstances that he faced. While proud of his "curmudgeonly" demeanor, at heart he was a lover of his people and his God.
Bob may have died by himself, but he was not alone. He was cradled in the arms of his loving Creator who called him home to be with Himself.
Bob's death is a great loss to our community, but we ask God to strengthen us as we say farewell to a much loved friend.
