Dear Rachel & Paul---So sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom. My memories of your Mom will always be of a kindhearted, softspoken, and faithfilled person. I have particularly fond memories of her during my very early years when you lived on School Street.
Annette and I are on vacation in NH and we will not be back in RI until 8/24. Our thoughts are with you during this time of grieving.

Dear Rachel and Paul,
My heartfelt sympathy. I am in Maine until August 26 and regret that I will not be joining you on Tuesday.
I called Doris this past spring, and we had a very nice conversation. She was very alert; she seemed very happy to be at the Jeanne Jugan Residence; and she reported that her health was reasonably good. We especially recalled memories of you and your father and of my grandmother and Aunt Delia. She seemed to have had a long and happy life, notwithstanding the difficult, painful moments all humans face in life. I hope this is a consolation to you during this time of loss.

Dear Paul, Rachel, and family,
Please accept Tony's and my deeply heartfelt condolences on your immeasurable loss.
I have so many fond memories of your mother, especially of the hours I spent sitting and chatting with her at her counter at Janine's Cleaners, of her keen sharpness, of her kindness, and of her lasting friendship with and concern for my own mom.
She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She was a real lady.
