Louisa and Janet- Please accept my condolences. I loved Frankie's laugh- there was always a little wicked giggle in there! My parents also loved him and I am sure they are sharing a laugh together right now.
I am sorry I will not be able to be at the services. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love- Angela
