Ann Thibeault Obituary

THIBEAULT, ANN 'NAN' T. (EDWARDS), 82, passed away Monday, August 18, 2008 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry J. Thibeault.

Born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Englewood, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Margaret (Carney) DeAndrea. Nan resided in Pawtucket for over 60 years. She was a lifetime wife, mother, gramma, great-gramma and friend. She was a member of the National Association of Protect the Squirrels.

She leaves her children, Beverly Thibeault, Joanne Simoneau, Denise Woodard and Brian Thibeault; grandchildren, Amy Harrington, Michael Simoneau, Tracy Biegel, Josh and Casey Woodard and Melanie Thibeault; great-grandchildren, Madison Simoneau, Megan, Emily, Kevin Harrington, Andrew Rose and Brianna Burgos; step-great-grandchildren, Alexis and Chelsea LaVallee; many nieces and nephews. Sister of the late Margaret 'Cookie' Rizzo.

Her funeral will be Thursday at 8 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in the Church of St. Leo the Great, 699 Central Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation will be Wednesday 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Make-A-Wish Foundation of RI, 744 Park Ave., Cranston, RI 02910 would be appreciated.
