With deepest sorrow, I said "goodbye" to my lifelong and dearest friend, Jean. I thank Ray, Chris, and Trina for granting me the privilege of writing and delivering her eulogy. It was an honor! Here is my testament to Jean for those who were unable to attend the funeral.

You know, it seems like only yesterday when I met Jean in the First Grade at Sacred Heart School. It's hard to believe, but that was 63 years ago!

Together we attended school, sang in the choir, went to dances, double-dated--and yes--our first jobs were together at New York Lace Store making all of 50 cents per hour.

What stands out in my mind was Jean's zest for life, along with her mischievous traits that sent the nuns over the edge. Jean preferred the "time-outs" in the closet rather than compromising her great sense of humor. Her classmates loved her spunky ways.

After High School, Jean met and married Ray--the love of her life. He, too, was touched by her kind and generous spirit. They were inseparable! Her sunny disposition made life enjoyable. They were a dashing couple on the dance floor and they pedalled merrily along on their tandem (bike).

I remember their pleasure in raising Chris and Trina. As a family, they skied, camped, and loved the beach. Jean and Trina took dance lessons and performed on stage. Ray and Chris played tennis and bicycled.

Life got even better after the kids married and made them proud grandparents. Their ultimate family trip took place in January, 2007, when all of them vacationed at Disney World. To Jean, Disney was truly a magic place.

Jean lived life to the fullest. She brought laughter and happiness to all. So when thinking about Jean--remember her as a loving wife, loving mother, loving grandmother, and loyal friend--a MOST UNFORGETTABLE PERSON.

We loved her. We will miss her.l

Ray & all of Jeans family ,
we cannot express how much joy we shared being a part of her life. You only meet people like her a few times in your life if you are lucky. We were blessed to be in her life. If the world was full of "Jeanies" there would be laughter and joy everywhere. TOOT-TA-DOO

To the Dominici family,
Remembering Jean brings a smile to my face. She was one of my high school classmates at Sacred Heart. Jean always added a lot of fun to our days, and at the same time was caring and interested in each one of us. She will be missed.

Ray, Trina, Chris and family,
Heaven has a special angel today. Jean is up there singing and tap dancing and entertaining the Heavenly Hosts for sure! What a spirit she had, and she was a very good friend. The "Awesome Foursom" from Bryant will miss her very much. Even upon word of her passing, in our conversations we were laughing through our tears. What a legacy ! That is how she will want you all to remember her. May God bless you all

To the Dominici Family

Jean was the kindest, sincerest and funniest person that Bryant staff ever had the pleasure of working with. She made her own statements and supported any of us in times of need.
Her humor and "snow day" phone calls will always be remembered.
Everyone was blessed to have known Jean, and I'm sure she will live on in our hearts. Memories can never be taken from us - We will love Jean forever.

To the family of Jean (Paradis) Domenici. I am so sorry to hear of Jean's passing. We were classmates at Sacred Heart School, in Pawtucket, graduating in 1957. Jean was the "fun" person of our class. Always making us laugh and one of the nicest girls to know. I'll never forget her.

To Jean's Friends and Family:

I have worked at Bryant for twenty years and was well acquainted with Jean. She was a presence here that will long be remembered--of that I have no doubt.... Jean was the "Great Equalizer;" she treated *everyone* from the President to the proverbial "problem-child-who-got-kicked-out-in-Freshman-year" with equal candor, respect, humor, and love. All of us who worked with her know this to be true. She shone her light so brightly and we all loved her for it. Please know the legacy that she leaves; smile and laugh when you remember her--as I'm sure she would want you to do.

May your memories, and knowledge that the love always remains, comfort you and keep you in the days to come....

We send our heartfelt sympathy to all of you at this very sad time. I have many fond memories of Aunt Jean and her zest for life and her great sense of humor.
