To Bob, Charlie and Lora,

Scott and I are so sorry to hear about your loss. Your dad/grandfather was a pretty awesome man. Being here in Exeter for 22 years we sure learned a thing or two from him. His hobby with antique cars was also eye opening. He treasured his cars. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of grief. We hope the great memories of his life comfort you at this time.

Win was an energetic, thoughtful person with a great memory. We met him in his later years through his hobby of cars in the Classic Car Club of America. Win was always ready to help anyone and he gave wonderful service to the Grand Classic of the CCCA held in Warwick RI in 2004. We will miss his smiling face and great stories at the cruise nights.

Dear family of Mr. Franklin, I was fountunate enough to become acquainted with Winfred after the recent illnesses he and Betty endured. I enjoyed his company so much and looked forward to seeing him, because he is the sweetest 92 year old man I have ever met. I'll not forget the day he showed me his pride and joy antique car. The smile on his face never left as he told me all about restoring it. It is a memory that I'll cherish. Winfred will be sadly missed. Sincerely,
