Estella Hartmann Obituary
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Gladys (Miller) Arlan.
Stella was a loving mother and a devoted grandmother and great grandmother. Besides her former husband, she leaves two sons, Richard E. Hartmann, Jr. and James R. Hartmann; five daughters, Denise M. Goodinson, Barbara A. Ciarlo, Richelle L. Cosmo, Carolyn R. Hartmann and Shirley A. Hartmann; two brothers, Albert Arlan and Charles Arlan; two sisters, Shirley Arlan and Mary Nardolillo; 23 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Regina E. Hartmann and the sister of the late James, Robert and William Arlan and Virginia Bernier.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, September 18, 2008, in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 64 Brayton Ave., Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Condolences at maceroni.com

it is sad when god calls upon his best angels. i've heard stella say "i love you" to her family so much. she made me realize one day how nice it must be to hear someone tell you they love you, not because they want or need something, but just to say it. Im sorry she did not have more time to spend with her family, but i know they will always hear her voice reminding them how much they are all loved. she will forever be in your hearts and minds.
