My sincere condolensces to the family of Uncle Louie. I was so very sad to hear of his passing.
I was formerly married to Douglas Gifford, son of Madeline Gifford (Louie's sister-in-law) and that is how I got to know him. He, and his beloved (Aunt) Ellie were wonderful people and I was very fond of them both.
Cherish the memories you have of him as will I.

Louie, we are going to miss very much. Your stories in church especially when patriotic days were near and singing your favorite patriotic hymns. You were a good Christian man and loyal to your country.
The "lunch bunch" table is not going to be the same. You would always come out with somethig that would make us laugh.
Pat and Dave, I know that the passing of Louie is going to leave a big hole in your heart, but I pray that the fond memories will help to slowly fill it. Louie was so fortunate to have you two by his side. We know you loved him, but in caring for him, you set an example of true Christian love.
John 6:39-40
39And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. 40For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day."

Dear Case Family:
I have very fond memories between Great Grandma's Huling's house and going to Uncle Loius. Although it has been several years since I last saw him, he was always in my thoughts. My condolences to each of you.

Having known Louie for many years, I will miss his quiet manner and very wry sense of humor. John and I send condolences to all of his family, but especially to David and Pat, who lovingly kept watch over him.
