Albert DeLellis Obituary

DeLELLIS, ALBERT L., 88, of Plainfield St., Johnston passed away Saturday, October 4, 2008 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Yvonne (Holden) DeLellis. They were married for 63 years.

He was born in Johnston a son of the late Luigi and Anunziata (Cordi) DeLellis.

Mr. DeLellis was a Residential and Commercial builder and was a WW II Army veteran. He was an avid bowler and a member of the New England Bowlers Association.

Besides his wife he is survived by his loving children, Patricia Reilly of Cranston, Pamela Corrado of Warwick, Kathleen Ouimette of West Warwick, Rosemary Brown of Cranston, Mark DeLellis of Warwick, his sister, Anna Crabtree of West Warwick. He was the grandfather of 13 and great grandfather of 16. He was also the brother of the late, Antonetta Pezzuco, Mary DelBonis, Anthony DeLellis, Catherine Sacoccia, Frank DeLellis, Alvenia Mosca, and was the grandfather of the late Walter Ouimette, Jr.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Rocco's Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS: Monday 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Home and Hospice Care of RI, 169 George St., Pawtucket, RI 02860.
