Barbara Williams Obituary

WILLIAMS, BARBARA J., 72, formerly of Frankfort St., passed away Monday at Kent Hospital. She was the wife of the late James T. Williams.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John and Carolyn (Roma) D'Emelio, she had lived most of her life in Cranston.

Barbara worked for the State of Rhode Island as a cook's helper at the Regan Building in Cranston for many years before retiring. She loved going to the casinos, especially playing bingo and in Poker tournaments.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Costa of Cranston, 3 grandchildren, Glenn Campbell, John Silvaggio, Jr. and Miracle Costa and a great-granddaughter, Alexis Campbell. She was the mother of the late John Silvaggio.

Her funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Robert A. Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., Coventry. Visiting hours Thursday 5-8 p.m. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawt.
