Antonio DeBurgo Obituary
He was born in Brava, Cape Verde a son of the late Joaquim and Olivia (Tavares) DeBurgo.
Mr. DeBurgo worked at Brown University for several years before retiring.
Besides his wife he leaves seven daughters, Maria Vieira, Olivia DosSantos, Margarida Oliveira, Ana Bhikhirie, Ines Monteiro, Laurentina Ketz, Arlete Burgo; two sons, Jack Burgo and Aires Burgo, 22 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
His funeral will be held on Wednesday at 7:45 A.M. from the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 A.M. in St. Francis Xavier Church, North Carpenter St., East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours Tuesday 4-8.
