Dear Karen,
I was a member of St. Pius and I went to Capital Ridge and help Father with the Mass. Your Mother also had dinners at my house several time. I am sorry I missed the obituary in the paper, but that was a bad weekend for me also as I lost my girlfriend, college classmate and sorority sister from a simple knee replacement. I just found out that she has passed away, and I searched the archives of the Journal to read the article that I missed.

Karen: My thoughts and prayers are with you a this time. I worked with your mother at W & I Hopsital/Dr. Buxton in the late 70's. She was a wonderful and caring nurse and a pleasure to work with.
