Carol Spurr Obituary
Mrs. Spurr leaves her loving children, William N. Spurr and wife Kathy and Joan Marie Carmichael and husband Paul. She also leaves four loving grandchildren, Jennifer, Ryan, Danielle and Jaimie Lyne.
Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9 a.m. from the ROBBINS FUNERAL HOME, 2251 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence with a service at 10 a.m. in Georgiaville Baptist Church, Smithfield. Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours Sunday 5-7 p.m.

this is my mom carol r spurr ... as i sit and cry for you as it was like yesterday mom it hurts my heart is missing you always.. loosing you was a heart break like no other and so hard to not hear your voice. I know you are with dad and that makes me smile . I come to visit as often as i can and called to have your stones replaced. YOU and always were my mom my best friend . Life is so hard without you i keep you so alive in my heart. Please take care of dad as i know you will and all my aunts feed them all mom LOL.. take care of cousin bud cousin myra, and bell and rex.. they all need you mom . I will see you there tomorrow ...

Mom, i write this often i leave this open for a place for myself and anyone else that wants to share or write . The 10 year anniversary just passed and no its not any easier, life is a struggle without you in my life daily, i think of the good times always. I miss your laugh your smile and your hugs. Bella has passed and i am sure you are taking good care of her. I keep you close to my heart . As everyone that knows me i have a piece missing since you left. I will always think of you and love you to the moon and back.. Love always your ONLY daughter in my eyes.

I kept this open for a reason & its because i feel its a close as coming to visit you in RI at the Veterans with Dad. i cant believe your mother and jaimie your grandmother is no lonqer with us. so sorry i didnt know until i saw you & mom at the hospital. Im dearly with my heart sorry. She was one of my dearest patients I had. Very funny & caring i used to love to see her, when she was better.

Im so sorry to here about your mom i remember her face dearly. Joan im sorry when i saw you in the Mall at christmas time and i didnt realize she had passed. We all loved her like a mom at the hospital. Im so sorry for your loss. God Bless joan and if you need anything you know how to get in touch with me .

As i sit here and type this i am crying so much, I MISS you with all my heart. There isnt a day that goes by without me thinking of you & dad. Paul jaimie and I love you and we have a new member to the family a new puppy "bella". I talk to billy almost every day. Kathy & Bill l love so much! So sorry to for your loss. It was such an honor to take care of your mother in the hospital. All of the Nursing staff just loved her. It was so hard to believe she is not with us taking care of her. We all recall joan and jaimie always there by her side. If there is anything you need please dont hesitate to call me joan. I will keep your mother in my heart always

Jerry, Beth, Billy and Joanie,
I was so sorry to hear that Aunt Carol had passed. I know she will be missed. Mom (Aunt Norma) has missed her terribly over the duration of her illness and is so saddened to know she is the last of her siblings.
I have such fond memories of the few times you came to visit when my family lived in English and then Jeffersonville. The good memories are the things we all need to cling to when we lose someone we love so dearly. My prayers are with you all.

There will never be anyone to ever replace you, your one in a million. You & I just werent mother & daughter we were best friends. Today was the hardest day of my life knowing you are no lonqer alive. We have so many memories together. I will always treasure them.
I love you with all my heart. Taking you to the Veterans Cemetary was difficult, but i know you are with dad there and he will be happy to finally be with you again. You had 9 lives for making it through the last 3 years of being so sick. I love you mom always xooxo joan
