Evelina Laprocina Obituary

LAPROCINA, EVELINA (PAZIENZA), 79, of Crescent Ave., Cranston passed away Thursday, October 16, 2008 at Golden Crest Nursing Home in North Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Pasquale Laprocina.

She was born in Cranston a daughter of the late Salvatore and Maria (Santurri) Pazienza, Sr. Mrs. Laprocina was employed by the former Leviton Manufacturing Company of Warwick for twenty-five years before her retirement.

Evelina is survived by her loving siblings, Malfisa Andreozzi of Cranston, Esther D'Arezzo of Cranston, Barbara Rocchio of North Providence, Shirley D'Ambruoso of Warwick, Salvatore Pazienza, Jr. of Cranston and the late Rose DiTroia, Ida Ursillo, Viola Tosoni, Angelina 'Connie' McHugh, Joseph Pazienza, Guido Pazienza, Joseph Henry Pazienza. She was also the loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Ann's Church, Cranston St., Cranston. Her burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery Exeter. VISITING HOURS: Monday morning 8-9 am.
