Loretta Demers Obituary
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late George and Marie L. (Cayer) Rattey, she lived in North Providence for the past twenty-two years, previously living in Providence.
Loretta was a communicant of Saint Anthony Church, a member of the parish Senior Club, and a volunteer at the Saint Anthony Kitchen Ministry.
Mrs. Demers leaves a son, George L. Demers and his wife Elizabeth; a daughter, Carol A. Dewey and her husband Donald; a sister, Dolores Menard, three grandchildren, Tina Storzbach, Michael Storzbach, and Melissa Colton; and two great-grandsons. She was a sister of the late Leo, Aimee, Ernest, Roland, and Gerald Rattey, Estelle Scanlon and Edna Cousineau.
The funeral will be held Thursday, at 9:00 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Anthony Church, Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Wednesday, 5 8 pm.
