Dear Mr. Houle and Family,

Please accept my deepest sympathies in the loss of Rita. I will always have fond memories of our days spent together and considered you both as my surrogate Grandparents. I was shocked and saddened by the news as I had just visited with you both several days before. I loved Rita and will continue to be here for you and your family in any way I can.
Always, Denise Caswell
