Carol, Thank you so much for sending us the funeral information. If we had known, we would have come (and brought dad) to honor and celebrate her life. No words can express enough how we felt about Martha. We are so saddened by her passing. Know that we loved her and shall cherish our last visit with her at her apartment in August.

Dear Carol and family,
I was so sorry to learn of Martha's passing. It is hard to imagine a world here without her.
There was never hesitation in her hello or her good-bye, it was always warm and sincere. She was a woman who possessed no vices, she was all goodness. No one had a listening ear like Martha, so full of compassion and sound advice.
No one could ever grow flowers like Martha's but God how we all tried. A bouquet from Martha was a special gift indeed.
And in my childhood she was a torch that often lit my way.
She will be so very missed as she was so very loved.

Carol,
Your Mother was an enchanting woman and I will remember her fondly for the friendship she offered to all, especially my mother Anita.
Every Christmas when I make her sugar cookies I'll be sure to eat an extra one for her.

Carol & Ken,
We are so sorry to hear of Martha's death. She was a remarkable woman and certainly will leave lots of memories on a lot of people. We are sorry we had to miss her 100th birthday party, but it was just impossible for us to attend.

My Grandmother was literally the kindest person I have ever known in my life. She was an angel on earth, and we will all miss her dearly. The world will be a little less bright without her. I will continue to keep her memory and spirit alive with my daughter, Jessica, who loved her Great Grandma. You're finally home, Grandma. We love you!!
