Olivia Ostiguy Obituary

OSTIGUY, OLIVIA MARIE, baby daughter of Peter W. and Julie P. (Proulx) Ostiguy, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at Childrens Hospital Boston.

Born on October 16, 2008 in Boston, Olivia touched and inspired many during her brief time on this earth. She was a strong soul and truly an angel to all who loved and cared for her.

She was the beloved baby sister of Cameron P. Ostiguy; maternal granddaughter of Donna and Richard Silva of Providence, Martha Lapierre of Cumberland and the late Kevin R. Proulx; paternal granddaughter of William H. and Lauren Ostiguy of North Kingstown; great-granddaughter of Mary E. Ostiguy of North Kingstown, Patricia A. Proulx of South Attleboro, MA, Felix Proulx of Hanson, MA, Richard and Virginia Silva of Johnston, Myron and Joan Flesock of Woonsocket. Olivia is also survived by many loving aunts and uncles.

Her Funeral will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at 8:45am from FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown, followed by a Funeral Service at 10am in the First Baptist Church in Wickford, Main Street, Wickford. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery. Visiting hours Monday 4-8pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Olivias Heart Fund, PO Box 864, North Kingstown, RI 02852, for Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) research and to support children and their families affected by CHD, will be appreciated.
