Grace Moreau Obituary

MOREAU, GRACE A., 90, of Highland Street, Pawtucket and formerly of Arnold Street, Providence died on Saturday at the Philip Hulitar Hospice InPatient Center, Providence. She was the wife of the late William J. Moreau.

A daughter of the late Donato and Marie (Bicko) Palumbo, she was born in Providence where she resided until moving to Pawtucket 7 years ago. Prior to retirement, she had been employed at the former Davol Rubber Company for 10 years. She was an avid reader and a member of Leon Mathieu Senior Center of Pawtucket. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church.

Survivors are two sisters, Geraldine Lavall and Lillian Pytel, both of Pawtucket, several nieces and nephews and 11 great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Felice and Daniel Palumbo.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9:30 AM from the DARLINGTON MORTUARY OF L. HEROUX & SON, 1042 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Mary's Church, 103 Pine Street, Pawtucket. Calling hours in the funeral home will be on Wednesday from 8:30 to 9:15 AM. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.

Please omit flowers. Donations in her memory may be made to Hospice Care of R.I.,169 George Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860.
