William Tracy Obituary
Born in Providence he was a son of the late William and Gladys (Howarth) Tracy. He was an Army Veteran of the Viet Nam era.
He leaves 2 sons, Matthew Tracy and Christopher Tracy both of Riverside, a daughter, Jessica Tracy of Attleboro, a brother James Tracy of Barrington and 3 granddaughters. He was also the brother of the late Gloria Smith and Marie Cullen.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 12 Noon in the Smith-Mason Funeral Home, 398 Willett Avenue, Riverside. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 169 George Street, Pawtucket 02860 would be appreciated. Visit smithmason.com for information and online condolences.

Billy was one of my oldest and dearest friends going back about 64 years. He was one of a kind. He always marched to the beat of his own drum. I liked that about him. We played together as children. We hung out as teenagers. After marrying our families were still close. Billy and I spent a lot of fun hours together. I'm sad that the last few years of his life were not quality years. He deserved better. Bless you "B"

Billy was a childhood friend and one of our gang from Riverside. I haven't had any contact with Bill for a number of years but still remember those early years when we were growing up. Bless you my friend.
