Our deepest sympathy on hearing of the passing of your mother. She is the last of the Northup generation which included Frederick, Bertha, Elsie and Walter. She touched many lives and will be remembered fondly.

Dear Judy and Family,
I was so saddened to hear of your Mothers passing. She was a wonderful lady, always so gentle and unassuming. I know you will miss her. Our family is not what it once was in size and I miss all of you especially Aunt Eva & Uncle Henry. Take care of yourselves, we will remember your mom.

My Deepest
sympathy goes out to the family of Mrs. Guerin. I was in her 5th grade class the year she was retiring from John W Horton elementary school in Rhode Island. I will never forget the first day oof school. I was so scared because she looked very mean in my eyes. I soon found out how very wrong I had been. She turned out to be my favorite teacher from all the ones I had. The last day of school she gave me a ride home because she had given me so many school supplies that she had purchased herself. She gave me her address and we kept in touch for many years through letters. When I turned 16 I drove to her house and we had lunch. Over the years I had lost contact with her but had never stopped thinking about her. She ttruly was a wonderful person. This world has lost a wonderful caring women. All are blessed that have met her. I want to let her family know how very much she was loved by all.

To the family:
My sincerest condolences. My mother, Louise Guertin, was a good friend of Barbara's, maybe because their last names were so close. Also, I think they may have gone to high school together..My mother often spoke of Barbara, so the name just popped out at me.
May God's blessings be on you at this time of difficulty.

My deepest condolences to your family. Your mother was an inspiration to me when I was a beginning teacher many years ago. I taught fourth grade my first year as your mom taught fifth grade. She helped me through that first confusing year. I have always remembered her fondly, although it is has been 40 years. She was an inspiration and a wonderful, kind, and compassionate woman.

My heartfelt sympathy to you on your Mom's and Grandma's passing. Mrs. Guerin was my 5th grade teacher at Horton Elementary School in Cranston and was also my favorite. I have thought of her many times over the years with fondest memories. She had the ability to motivate her students to excel as well as a warm kindness. I was new to the school that year yet I thrived because she made the transition so effortless.
I'm happy to see that she has lived a full life as she gave so much to her students.
