William Partin Obituary
He was born in Raleigh, North Carolina; A son of the late Samuel and the late Seattle (Scott) Partin. He was a former owner of Bill's Variety Store.
He is survived by 1 son Trevor J. Partin, 4 step-sons, 4 stepdaughters, and 1 grandchild. He was the brother of Ruthann Morris, Sylvia Pulliam, Alfred Partin, and the late Luetta Schmoke, Eunice Pitts, and Bernstine Partin.
A funeral service and burial will be held in Raleigh, North Carolina. Calling Hours at the Bell Funeral Home, 571 Broad Street, Providence Friday 7-9 pm.

trevor and family:
you have my deepest sympathy in this time of need, mr bill was a good man,as kids we all hung in the store eating 5 cent popcycles, and stuffing our faces with penny candy,until he got tired of us hanging around, we lernt fast hanging around that store, to this day our generation still calls the store (BILLS) no matter how many times it switches hands, rest in piece MR.
