Armando Perry Obituary
He was born in Providence, a son of the late Antonia and Maria (Monteiro) Perry. Mr. Perry was a steward for the Merchant Marines for all of his working life before retiring.
Besides his wife, he leaves five daughters, April Perry, Amanda Perry, Karen Cory, Kim Carvalho and Michelle Destafino, one son; D'Artagnan Barboza-Perry, two brothers; Alberto Pereira and John Perry, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Manuel Pereira and Alda Fike.
His Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 11 AM in the PERRY/MCSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours Friday 5-8

Armando is a great man, I got to know him quite well over the years. He is a trooper and held in there till god was ready for him. He was filled with stories and humor and he will be missed. He is one I an glad I got to know and will not forget. I hope everyone remember's him as he was, the man that was always on the go, always had a place to be. Now he is in heaven where he was always meant to be....my deepest condolences.
