Loretta DeAcutis Obituary

DeACUTIS, LORETTA, died unexpectedly on Tuesday August 21, six days before her 55th birthday.

A daughter of John and the late Libra (DiFilippo) DeAcutis, she was a life-long resident of Providence. She graduated from Classical High School and attended the University of Rhode Island.

She enjoyed listening to music, sketching and collecting photographs. She visited her parent's home daily and remembered everyone's special days.

Her father, her sister Carol and brother-in-law Charles Kaufman, her sister Georgia-Lee and brother-in-law James Malsich, her nieces Eleanor and Amelia and her nephews Zachary and Max will miss her deeply.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 9AM in St. Ann Church, Hawkins St., Providence. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Burial will be private. Arrangements by A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, Providence.
