Raymond Judge Obituary

JUDGE, RAYMOND J., 94, a Pharmacy Supervisor and Pharmaceutical Purchaser for twenty five years at RI Hospital, died on September 27th at RI Hospital. He was the husband of the late Mary Elizabeth (Betty) Judge.

Born in Johnston, RI, son of the late Gregorio and Antoniella (Caruolo) DelGiudice, he resided in Cranston since 1969.

He was a graduate of RI College of Pharmacy, class of 1933. He served in the U.S. Army, branch of Military Government, during World War II for four years in the European theatre. Previous to that, he managed Whelan drugstores in Pawtucket and Providence for fifteen years.

He leaves three daughters, Mrs. Linda Cataldi, of Moorestown NJ, Mrs. J. Michael (Barbara) Shaughnessy of South Kingstown RI and Mrs. Mark (Cynthia) Nusbaum of McLean VA; six grandchildren and three great granddaughters. He was the sister of the late Matilda and Anna Judge and Rose M. Nerney.

His funeral will be TUESDAY at 8:45 a.m. from 'WOODLAWN' Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mark Church, 9 Garden Court, Cranston, RI 02920. One of the kindest men I ever knew, and an absolutely wonderful father to his three daughters. If anyone exemplified a life well lived, it was Mr. Judge. God bless.
