Dominie Fischer Obituary

FISCHER, DOMINIE E. (PUSATERI), 87, of Spring Valley, CA passed away at home, July 9, 2007. She was the loving wife of the late Dr. Wolfram Fischer.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Augustus Pusateri and Angelina (Comella) Pusateri.

She was a school teacher in Providence for many years before marrying and moving to Spring Valley in 1960. There, she continued teacing school in Chula Vista, CA. until her retirement in 1979. A member of the Arthur Murry Dance Studio, she earned many local and national awards during her dance and teaching careers. She was an avid ballroom dancer, enjoying this weekly activity until her passing.

She leaves two nieces, Gayle J. Guay of Cranston and Lisa C. Kilby of Coventry. Two nephews, Steven A. Pusateri and Paul C. Pusateri both of Warwick and several grand nieces and nephews. Beloved aunt of the late Lynn S. Berard (Kilby). She was the sister of the late Angela V. Pusateri, the late Anthony A. Pusateri and the late Elenor Kilby (Pusateri).

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 7, 2007 at noon in the North Burial Grounds on North Main St., Providence. Friends and extended family are invited to attend.
