Robert Champion Obituary

RAPID CITY - Robert L. 'Red' Champion, 80, Rapid City, died Friday, May 28, 2010, at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Survivors include two daughters, Sharon Linde, Custer, and Marie Hindman, Surprise, Ariz.; two sons, Edward Champion, Rapid City, and Robert Champion, Billings, Mont.; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a sister, Mildred Black, Alameda, Calif.; and a brother, Calvin Champion, Rapid City. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 3, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mountain View Cemetery in Keystone. His online guestbook is available at www.behrenswilson.com.

I always enjoyed every time that i would run into him and the visits that we would have, I will miss his straight up-front attitude and his amazing out look on life,he was a wonderful man and will be missed greatly.
