Gerald Michael Obituary

Gerald Lee Michael ROBERSONVILLE - Mr. Gerald Lee Michael, 69, of 407 West Academy St., went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Tulsa, Okla. on Oct. 10, 1939, to the late Violet Juanita Michael. Mr. Michael was a retired Courier with ASP Delivery. He was a member of Grace Family Fellowship in Robersonville and a U.S. Army Veteran. Memorial services will be held on Friday, March 27, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at Grace Family Fellowship in Robersonville with Pastor Rick Manning officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the Family Life Center and other times at her daughter's home, Bonnie Legacy, 270 W. Andrews St., Bethel, NC.  Survivors include wife, Mary Theresa Gallant Michael of the home; daughter, Bonnie Michael Legacy and husband, Joseph, of Bethel; sisters, Glenda Stafford and Linda Stafford Emory, both of Santa Maria, Calif.; brothers, Terry Stafford and Larre Stafford both of Santa Maria, Calif.; grandchildren, Joseph and Lucille Legacy of Bethel.  In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Grace Family Fellowship, 24093 U.S. Highway 903, Robersonville, NC 27871. Online condolences may be directed to www.walkerfh.net. Walker-Ayers Chapel of Bethel is serving the Michael family.
