Opal was a good and faithful friend. When I was first led to attend NR Baptist Temple, I sat alone. It was not long before Opal offered that I sit along side of her in her favorite pew...fifth one down on the right side...and so our friendship began.
Opal was so proud of her children and grandchildren and over the years shared their accomplishments with me.
It is my privilege to have known her and to call her friend. I am glad the Lord allowed our paths to cross for a moment in time.
Now, she is at home and doing well, along side of her Best Friend, the Lord Jesus.
